The Basics & Capabilities

What is Agent Right Hand?
Think of a normal chatbot as an intern who waits for you to tell them exactly what to do, step by step. Agent Right Hand, on the other hand, is an autonomous Digital Assistant. Once you give the Agent a goal, it can independently think out the steps required, execute them in the background, browse the internet, and draft documents while you focus on something else. It is designed to be proactive.
What is a "Project" and why do I need folders?
Your Digital Assistant has a memory. If you talk about a jewelry brand for an hour, it remembers the details. If you suddenly switch to asking for a cake recipe in the same thread, the Agent gets confused. A 'Project' is a clean slate—a sealed-off room where the Agent only focuses on that specific goal. The LITE version offers 4 core operational folders (Brainstorm, Tasks, Data, Profit). The PRO version provides infinite customizable folder generation to store limitless, isolated operational threads.
What are the differences between LITE and PRO?
LITE limits the Agent's memory exclusively to the current project you have open in your browser, and focuses on high-speed execution using standard built-in abilities. PRO fundamentally changes the system: it gives the Agent permanent 'vector memory' (meaning it can read a massive PDF you uploaded 6 months ago), and unlocks advanced S.W.A.R.M. Command Modules for complex, simultaneous multi-agent delegation.
Can I use different AI models like OpenAI or Anthropic?
Absolutely. By default, the system runs on a highly tuned Google Gemini model. However, you are not locked into one AI. Click the 'Settings' gear icon, and you can hot-swap the underlying 'brain' driving your agent by selecting from the available Communication Models like xAI (Grok), OpenAI, or Claude.

Pricing, Subscriptions, & Setup Fees

What is the "Managed Bundle"? How does the billing work?
When you purchase the 'Managed Bundle' (Lite or Pro), you pay a one-time 'Setup Fee' up front. This fee covers your lifetime software license AND includes roughly your first 30 days of average AI API usage! After the first month, the system seamlessly transitions you to a low flat-rate, cancel-anytime recurring monthly subscription. We completely handle the APIs, server routing, and token management strictly behind the scenes so you can just click Launch.
What is the "Personal API Key" option? Why is the software cheaper?
The Personal API Key option is perfect for engineers or power users who want absolute control over their underlying data routing. You pay a cheaper one-time software license fee, plus a very tiny $9 or $19 monthly GUI subscription. However, you must generate your own API Link from Google or OpenAI and paste it into our system. From that point on, you pay the AI providers their wholesale per-token cost directly on your own credit card.
If I start with a Personal Key, can I change to a Managed Subscription later?
Yes! If you grow tired of managing your own complex Google Cloud billings, you can purchase our Standalone Fuel Subscriptions directly from the Lemon Squeezy Store link in the footer to migrate to a fully managed routing experience at any time.
How does the $5 Ignition Test Drive work?
The Ignition Pass is heavily subsidized. For $5, you gain limited, zero-commitment access to the platform for initial viability testing. It locks you into a single 'Brainstorm' folder. Once you exhaust the $5 API fuel allocation, the system will safely pause and offer you an immediate upgrade path to the real Lite or Pro tiers without losing any of the context you generated!

Interface & Setup Wizard

I just bought it! What is the Setup Wizard?
When you log into Agent Right Hand for the very first time, you will not see the dashboard. Instead, you are greeted by the 'Setup Wizard' gateway. This secure, client-side tunnel forces you to input your basic business metrics (Your First Name, your operational goals, and any raw data you want the Agent to study) before granting you entry. This ensures the Agent's baseline DNA is highly personalized to your specific operational tempo.
What are the 4 Operating Rooms (Brainstorm, Tasks, Data, Profit)?
To make it easier for you to stay organized and prevent the Agent from getting confused by mixed contexts, you should select the right 'Room' before typing. 1. BRAINSTORM: Use this when you just want to think out loud. The Agent will ask questions and explore ideas with you. 2. TASKS: Use this when you need final drafts. No chatting, just pure execution. 3. DATA: Drop URLs or paste raw text here. The Agent will simply read it and save it to its memory. 4. PROFIT: The math room. Use this strictly to calculate margins, shipping, or ROI.
What do the Microphone and Paperclip buttons do?
The Paperclip allows you to securely attach files directly to your message so the Agent can analyze them. The Microphone activates your browser's native speech-to-text! Click the mic once to turn it ON (it will glow red). Talk as much as you want, and your words will instantly type into the text box. **How do I finish recording?** Whenever you are done, you can either click the glowing Microphone again to stop listening, OR you can simply hit the physical [SEND] button if you are satisfied!
Can the Agent speak its answers out loud to me?
Yes! In the Settings menu, you can select your preferred Voice Profile and click the small 'TEST' button to hear a demo before saving. Once configured, a [ 🔊 PLAY AUDIO ] button will appear below every message the Agent sends you. Click it to have the Agent read its response aloud. You can hit [ ⏹ STOP AUDIO ] at any time to cancel playback.
How do I export my data or copy the conversation?
At the bottom of the active chat feed, you will see a 'DOWNLOAD AS .CSV' button. Clicking this will instantly compile your entire current project conversation history into a clean spreadsheet for external use, reporting, or backup!

Pro Command Modules

What does S.W.A.R.M. stand for?
S.W.A.R.M. stands for Simultaneous Workflow & Autonomous Reasoning Matrix. This is our proprietary flagship protocol available in the Pro version. Instead of talking back and forth with a single AI, deploying a S.W.A.R.M. Command Module splits a complex task into multiple, simultaneous assignments executed by highly specialized sub-agents (like an Analyst, a Red Teamer, and a Coder) all working on your exact same problem in parallel before fusing their answers.
Who are the 8 Elite S.W.A.R.M. Sub-Agents?
Your Agent Right Hand (The Boss) doesn't do all the work alone. If you give it a massive objective, it can hire specific employees to do the job. The Elite 8 include: The Web Analyst, The Creative Director, The Scribe, The Code Architect, The Financial Modeler, The Audience Profiler, The Operations Chief, and The Red Teamer. Each has a strict, hidden system prompt forcing them to specialize deeply in their task.
How do I control which AI model powers my Sub-Agents?
In the Settings Menu, under 'S.W.A.R.M. Teams', we have organized the 8 Sub-Agents into 3 Corporate Departments: Executive, Data & Analytics, and Creative & Copy. You can tell the system that you want Anthropic Claude handling your logic (Data team), but you want OpenAI ChatGPT writing your emails (Creative team). The Boss AI will automatically route your tasks to the exact API you prefer!
Why do S.W.A.R.M commands use so much Energy / API Tokens?
Instead of asking one AI to write a blog post (which is a single token transaction), a S.W.A.R.M. command might spawn 4 background agents simultaneously. First, the Web Analyst scrapes a URL. Then, the Red Teamer looks for structural flaws. Finally, the Scribe writes the post based on those dual reports. Because multiple AI brains are communicating with each other behind the scenes, it burns through computer processing power (and your Token Battery) much faster than standard chatting. This is why having your own BYOK (Personal Link) is highly recommended for agency-level, daily usage!

Billing & Token Exhaustion

What is the "Energy Remaining" power cell and what happens when it reaches 0%?
To protect the system from infinite loop burnouts, your Agent operates on a specialized token allowance. Broadly speaking, asking complex questions or having the Agent draft massive documents costs energy. If you exhaust your subscription allowance for the cycle, the Agent will safely pause until your next recharge cycle.
My Energy Cell is empty! Can I bypass the limit with a Personal Link?
YES. If you are a heavy user and hit our subscription limits, you can bypass our billing entirely by bringing your own key (BYOK). Go directly to Google or Anthropic, generate your own 'API Key' passcode, and paste it into our Settings menu. You will then pay the AI providers directly at wholesale prices, granting you virtually unlimited usage!

Service Level Troubleshooting

Can the Agent run tasks while my computer is asleep?
No. The system runs in your browser. If you close the tab or put your computer to sleep, the Agent pauses. To run autonomous 24/7 background tasks, you must leave the portal running.
How do I completely delete my Account and Database?
We believe in strict data ownership. In the Settings gear menu, under the 'Danger Zone', you can choose to purge your Neural Link. This command permanently tears down your Supabase vector database and erases your user profile. This action cannot be reversed.

Managing Your Projects

What do the three dots (...) next to my Project do?
Clicking the three dots (...) next to any Project in the sidebar opens your Project Management menu. From here, you can Rename, Archive, or permanently Delete the active thread.
How do I Archive a project? Why not just Delete it?
Archiving a project removes it from your main active sidebar, reducing visual clutter. However, an Archived project is still safely stored in the database! You can recall and restore an archived project later if you need to retrieve legacy intelligence. Deleting a project, on the other hand, permanently wipes its entire chat history from existence.
Can I rename a project later?
Yes. Click the three dots (...) next to the project in the sidebar and select 'Rename'. This helps you tag and accurately index long-term strategy threads for easy retrieval.

Plain English Glossary

LLM (Large Language Model)The brain. The core neural network (like Google Gemini or Claude) that reads your text and writes answers.
Context WindowThe AI's short-term memory limit. If your chat gets longer than the "Context Window," the AI starts forgetting the very first things you said.
RAG (Vector Memory Indexing)A complex PRO system where the AI searches through a massive filing cabinet of files you uploaded in the past to find a specific answer without you having to re-upload it.
Digital Assistant / AgentUnlike a normal chatbot, an Agent is designed to think step-by-step and execute complex, connected tasks on its own, utilizing tools to assist you.
